Eligibility & Terms

Eligibility

1. Nominees must have a clear, demonstrable connection to Ijebu Land, including Ijebu Ode, Ijebu-Ago, Remo Land, Ijebu North, North-East, East, South, Odogbolu and other Ijebu-speaking communities.
2. Nominees must not have public conduct likely to embarrass the Award or Festival.
3. A nominee may participate in more than one category.
4. Nomination does not guarantee shortlisting; duplicate, ineligible or inappropriate entries may be rejected, merged or reclassified.
5. Every nominee who formally accepts receives an official certificate of nomination.

Voting

6. Voting opens only for shortlisted finalists and is powered by TicketPass.
7. Votes are private; no counts, rankings or leaderboard are public before reveal night.
8. All votes are final.
9. Bulk, automated or bot-driven voting is prohibited.
10. The organising committee's verified result is final.

General

Categories may be added, merged, renamed or removed before shortlisting. Winners grant reasonable editorial and promotional image-use rights. The live version of these terms before voting opens governs the edition.
